The jewellery is made from either solid 925 Sterling Silver, solid 9ct, 14ct or 18ct Gold and Platinum. Items are only produced in Solid Gold and do not offer gold plating (also referred to as “vermeil”) this plating has a brassy yellow colour and will eventually wear away.

Some rings have size restrictions, this can be to avoid compromising the integrity of the ring, or a one of a kind piece that has stones or engraving as part of the piece. If you’re desperate for the design please feel free to get in touch and i’ll see what i can do.

To make sure you get the right length chain for you its recommended using a soft measuring tape and placing it at each length to see where it best sits. chains are generally available in 45cm, 50cm and 60cm lengths.

The best way to guarantee your getting the right finger size is to swing in to your local jewellers and ask them to size you up, if you don’t have a small time jeweller then think of the big companies they should do it for you no questions (you shouldn’t be charged)
There are a few methods that you can do at home with a piece of string or paper that can give you a rough idea but are not a guaranteed “ perfect fit “. remember the ring will have to go over the knuckle so don’t pull it tight !
1.Wrap string or thin paper strip around the base of your finger.
2.Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.
3.Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm).
If you are local to the workshop get in touch to request an appointment.

Silver jewellery naturally tarnishes and gold can loose its lustre.
All rings come with a polish cloth that with a few quick wipes will bring back a bit of shine to your bling, this works well with sterling silver but gold can be trickier.
A good scrub with an old toothbrush and some dish wash liquid also does a good job.
For best results head into you local jeweller and ask then to give it a polish.

Unknown to most but chlorine has an effect on gold, especially the joins (where the solder is) be wary especially on Chains, going for a swim … leave the bling at home.
My rings gone black ? this is most likely a oxidisation of the metal, no problem, a good wipe with the cloth should remove it. some residue polish from the clean up stage can be left on the ring, give it a clean with some soap and should be no drama.
I’m getting a reaction ? unfortunately some people are allergic to certain metals and as 9ct, 18ct and stg are alloys they do contain copper, if you notice a reaction it could be this. another possibility is you have some chemical trapped between the ring/pendant/chain and the skin, this can be from moisturisers and sprays again… clean it up.
